Stor konseptkonkurranse
Vi vil utfordre arkitekter og andre kreative til å presentere sine konsepter til slottsparken og slottet. Gjerne konsepter som åpner bygningen og parken for publikum. Slottet er i fellesskapets eie og burde åpnes opp på nye måter i fremtiden når dagens bruksområder ikke lenger er relevante.
En jury vil kåre tre vinnere og samle de beste forslagene i en utstilling åpen for publikum i Oslo. Det vil bli gitt ut en katalog med mange av forslagene som vil bli overlevert til kommunalministeren.
Vinneren av konkurransen vil motta en flott keramikkskulptur og få sitt konsept på forsiden av katalogen. To andre vinnere vil få sine konsepter fremhevet i katalogen og utstillingen.

KATALOGEN
KERAMIKKSKULPTUR
Nellie Jonsson (Sverige) har en mastergrad fra KHIO og har blandt annet stilt ut på Kunsthall Charlottenborg i København og på Nasjonalmuseet i Oslo.
UTSTILLINGEN
De beste forslagene vil bli valgt ut til utstillingen med hedersplass til tre utvalgte.

APPLY AND WIN
Concept competition for the new Royal Castle.
We want to challenge architects and other creatives to present their concepts for the new royal palace and park. We welcome ideas that will open up the building and the park to the public. The Palace is our common property and should be made available in new ways in the future when the current use is no longer relevant.
A jury will decide on three winners and the best concepts will be included in an exhibition open to audiences in Oslo. There will also be a printed catalouge that will be available to the public and given to the municipal minister.
The winner of the competition vil receive a ceramic scuplture and have their concept highligthed on the cover of the catalouge. Two additional winners will also have their concepts highlighted in the catalouge.
